1999 American Dream basement rust repair questions

Looks like we jumped in whole hog and bought a nice clean 1999 Dream. Mechanicaly it’s in great shape, the interior is very nice!

We bought it reasonably and everything is %100 functional!

However it does have some rust on the underside, especially behind the wheels.

I can make the needed repairs from underneath but I would really like to remove the fender/wheel well panels when time permits and fix it correctly.

Does anyone have any tips for removing these pieces? My specialties are not in body work. I like the electrical, mechanical, fabrication side of things.

I'm in the same boat, I bought an almost identical coach, but a '99. Did you get any where with this?

On my '04, the wheel wells were bonded to metal brackets and the brackets bolted to a matching bracket on the body underside. The bolts were buried in undercoating.
