1999 Bounder no crank no start ?

I have s 1999 bounder with a ford 415 v 10 I have no power to the wire that activates the starter relay in side passages fender well. I traced the wire back to ware it went in yo a large wire loom so no luck there. If i put s jumper wire on starter it starts right up! All so I need a diagram of the fuses under the lift up dash and the one on firewall . Thank you !!

You are looking for a starter relay.. it has to be under the hood.. sometimes mounted on the sides near the fender or back of eng under hatch.. it's a black puck with 2 large battery type cables and 1 smaller wires.. sometimes the start relay is not.. mounted on the starter good luck and let us know what you did
