A propane fridge on electric uses three times as much as an electric fridge. You'll get way more power out of panels by tilting them in Dec, even in LA.



I thought you had three Li powered by solar, and one lead powering the house. Is that one lead battery the chassis engine starting battery? That is not what we expect, it would have come with house batteries wired separately from the chassis battery, so yes, the water pump and all of the house should be on house batteries.

Yes that is correct. The engine has its own battery and the house has a separate one in the side compartment right under/behind the drivers seat. The water pump is wired into that house battery. I wanted to just combine all the house battery stuff into my solar bank if possible.

yes, replacing the house battery with the three Li is common. Can't parallel the existing lead with the Li, but they can charge off the alternator, with some precautions, or charge off the solar as they are currently, right?
