1999 Fleetwood American Eagle air leak repair

working on finding and repair of air leaks in suspension system.
air system fills to 120 psi at startup of coach.
during inspection under coach found several leaks with the old soap brush bubbles. both height control valves make bubbles on opening on valve. not sure what this opening is far i am guessing it is port to let air out to adjust height. drivers side has good leak passenger side makes bubble slowly.
on air tanks 1 of dewatering valve has slight leak will disassemble clean should fix.
the air dryer in back of coach found leak on bottom of dryer assuming this is also place where water is removed can this be repaired or replace.
one other symptom i would like input on is when on road air pressure gauge will reach 115-120 psi then will fall to 95-100 repeatedly back and forth the hold time driving. could the leaks described have this effect. of coarse this might not be all leaks just have not found them.
air will bleed down from full 120 psi to 0 in about 3-4 hours.

For the dryer, yes you can replace the purge valve assembly. Take the model number off the dryer and Napa or another auto place can order it. Looks like this. Click image for larger version

The ride height valves are operating all of the time while moving. They may be leaking more at that time.

Does the pressure climb and drop while sitting still with the parking brake off ? ( button in )

If it does, that system may have a leak. To look for that, you need to chock the wheels, push in the park brake button and get under looked for leaks.

Once the air dryer purges, it sits empty. Even a leak on the signal ( small ) line won't drop the guages. There is a 3rd tank ( actually the first, called wet tank ) that doesn't have a gauge. Any thing leaking in that system can cause constant purging but not gauge dropping due to check valves.

Check that parking brake circuit.

air leak down

Hello I have a 1999 eagle and airs down the frontend in less than 3 hours. I have replaced the whole air dryer two years ago and moved that valve from the engine and remoted it. Replaced all air bags and have sprayed everywhere. No luck at all. I will watch all response's to your post. Thanks John
