2001 Bounder 31W Living Room Slide Opened during driving

Like I said in the title, I have a 2001 Bounder. We were driving home from camping and the slide opened about 4 inches on the highway. We had to lightly engage the Emergency brake and bring it back in. Any ideas of why that might have happened?

I do not know what system you have but we have a hydraulic slide and it would try to extend by itself while driving down the road.
Turned out one cylinder had a bad cup and pressuized the extend system enough to get the slide to creep out.
Every time the pressure dropped the leveling system would trigger the pump to ensure the legs were fully retracted and nudge the slide out a bit.
Not a good sight to see in your rear view mirror.

Power gear, electric motor and gear. It is not hydraulic.
