2001 Jamboree GT slide not working

Just got my first rv, the 2001 jamboree gt 31w.
Picked it up and the slide worked fine. Took a week driving it home, and the slide went in and out, perfectly a couple different times.
Now it is 2 weeks later and it is parked in the driveway with batteries charged up and plugged in to 15amps.
I turn the key to open the slide and i hear a motor running, but nothing moves, do it to close it and same thing, i hear a motor, but nothing moves. It is level and have driven it to a couple different spots just to be sure.
Any idea what could be wrong and where i can start to look for motor, gears, whatever i need to find?
Thanks in advance,

Sounds like maybe the sheer pin has broken. You will have to locate the slide motor and take a closer look. Unfortunately I don't know your particular chassis/camper so can't help you with the location. The good news is that if that's the problem just about any hardware store will have one in stock and they aren't very expensive.

Hope this helps.

That does help. Thanks
It makes sense that t would be a sheer pin, perhaps i let it close for too long last time and broke it. Now all I have to do is find it Is there a chance it could be underneath the coach itself, and obvious to see?

Does anyone happen to know where the slide motor is located, and or where the sheer pin would be? I donít want to just tearing stuff apart to look for it, if someone knows right where i should start digging.
Thanks again for your help
