2002 American Eagle Slide. normal?

I have an 02 Eagle. The living room slide has some motion when extending. It starts out just fine, but about half way out, the top of the slide moves faster than the bottom so the remaining travel time has the top of the slide slightly further out than the bottom. I am sure from the outside of the RV we are looking at 1-2 % of a tilt in the wall until it gets extended all the way. Then it is tight on all four sides against the seal. Basically the opposite happens when I pull the slide in. Is this pretty normal to have "play" in a larger slide?

The bedroom slide does not have any play as it is extended or retracted.

Thanks
Jake

Jake,

I can only speak of Bounders, however may apply to your Eagle.
The answer is, it is normal and allows the slide to level at the end of play.
