2002 Fleetwood Discovery with 330 Cat Diesel engine

Where can I find the fuel tank drain? I have a water issue. I have changed my fuel/water filter and added the water remover. Still losing power when at low and normal speeds: sad:

Are you still finding water in the primary filter ?

My 99 chassis has a drain in the center of the tank .

Are you aware of the possibility of a hidden filter on your chassis ?
