2002 Fleetwood Revolution 40c setup

Just purchased a 40c with two slides and have no idea how to set it up. Can someone please walk me thru set after the rv is parked. Need to know the basics for power hook up and use. Is all i have to do is plug it in a go or do i need to switch power somehow, leave the main disconnect on or not?

Thanks

Glad to have you here in the forum with us. You're gonna like it here.

You should have a transfer switch that will automatically switch you over. The battery disconnect should be left on.

Happy Trails!!!

Congrats on your new-to-you coach & welcome to iRV2.

YouTube is your friend. Google rv-ing basics or RV 101 & you'll find TONS of info. Here's one for example:

Hi ! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!

Congrats on the new rig! Like Lori said, you can find all the info on YouTube. You can ask specific questions over in the appropriate areas here on IRV2. Keep her between the ditches!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Congrats on your purchase. I have the same year but a 39b. Feel free to reach out with specific questions! I'd be glad to help.

Thank You Wild,
Finding a few things wrong with the bus but so far seems to be pretty OK,
Simple question one of many but we are working in the bus cleaning and found water damage on one of the walls so I tore into it and will replace the wall... however we would like to listen to the radio when working inside and i noticed the only way to do so is to put the key into what i think is the ACC position... am i missing something or is this how it works??

The RV is sitting on a level garage floor and I noticed this past weekend when I tried opening the slide for couch and sink that the slide would not go out on its own, i had to bring it in and then out everytime i would do this it would go out about an inch or two further. going to try to figure out how to adjust the slide

Your radio runs off the chassis battery, so the coach must be running or ignition in the ACC position to power the radio. Do you know about the speaker switch in cabinets above driver?

I don't need the key on to run my dash radio.

The switch in the cabinet above the driver's seat is to change from the dashradio to the entertainment system in that same cabinet.

Hey Wild,
Just sent a post about a power issue with my rig. Plugged into shore power or running the generator I have no power at the main fuse panel. Is there a main fuse or disconnect that i am missing?

No the only disconnect is at battery shut off near the door. My guess is the transfer switch is bad. Mine is under the rear bed. See if you have power to it coming in.

Just read your main post regarding this and saw you have some power to the coach. Check your two GFI's, one under the kitchen cabinets and the other in the bathroom
