2003 Fleetwood Denso A/C diagram

I have a 2003 Fleetwood Revolution on a Freightliner chassis with a Denso in-dash AC system. My mechanic is requesting a Denso wiring diagram to help him diagnose why the dash AC is not cooling after a system leak check and recharge.

Does anyone know where I might obtain such a document?

Thanks!

Mark

Richard,

Thanks. I had found that site before, but it does not go back far enough.

Anyone have any other options for me?

Thank you!

I'm on the road and don't have ready access to my files, but if you search for posts on my user name you will find what you need I think.
Good luck.

Mevman,

That looks like just what I need! Thank you!

I noticed that these docs note referring to the specific chassis maker for some components. Any availability on 2003 Freightliner chassis AC information?

That’s all I have. Worked fine for my 08 FL. Don’t think too much changes in the older years.

Just wondering if you have been successful with your Denso AC? I have a 2003 American Eagle. When the AC is turned on using the dash AC controls my compressor clutch is not pulling in. I can force a ground on the relay lines and it does come on and cool. I have not been able to figure out why the AC controls don't pull the ground. I suspect I have had a failure within the Denso Computer box located behind the controls behind the dash. I have searched several RV salvage yards for a used AC computer box with no success.

I have found wiring diagrams. There are a couple based on what type controls you have. I have attempted to attache files here. Hope it works. If not let me know and I can email to you. Also any thoughts you might have for me would be appreciated.

Turns out my issue was not as serious as I thought. A Schrader valve in the system let the refrigerant leak out. Recharged and working now. Hope you can get yours solved.
