2003 fleetwood revolution 40c

Thank you everyone for welcoming me to the forum. We are very excited about this coach and doing some road tripping this year. I will post some pictures soon when I get it all cleaned up, if this weather in Indiana ever breaks.

We owned a 2002 with Freightliner chassis and Cummins engine. We were happy with it and had few problems. We especially liked the amount of basement storage space. Good luck.

Have owned our 40C for almost 4 years now.....purchased from a private party. It is powered by a Cummins ISC (with Banks PowerPack system) and rides on a Freightliner chassis with side radiator. There are many, many things I love about the coach, but at the top of the list is build quality. The fit and finish and the quality of the materials used, particularly on the inside, are excellent. We love the 40C floor plan. The counter space this plan offers is outstanding....an area, it seems, often overlooked by buyers as well as too many coach builders. The original owner ordered the coach from Fleetwood with virtually every option available at the time. In addition, he ordered a "special build" option that replaced the washer/dryer set up with a complete second sink/vanity area. Of all the extras on this coach, this is by far our favorite. Wondering what you might have in this area.....?

Since the coach had been unused for a couple years prior to us purchasing it, I had to bring a number of maintenance items "up to speed"....no different than if it were another brand of coach. The usual....tires, fluid/filter changes, etc. Since that point, the Revolution has been extremely reliable (hope I don't cast a spell now that I've said that!!). It is extremely comfortable on the road and off. We are also fortunate that the previous owner had installed several additional "high ticket" items that add to the enjoyment. I have also made quite a few improvements and added my share of extras to our "baby". But, IMO, that is one of the fun things about owing a rig like this....making it better and more comfortable.

Hope this helps....have fun with your new coach.

We have been full timing for 4 years and have had our 2002 Rev. 38B for a little over a year. We do volunteer work and I am able to carry my tools in the spacious basement.
Welcome and have fun camping!

Revolution

It is great news to hear that most haven't had a lot of issues with their Revolution's. I looked for almost 8 months before I decided on this one, after selling our fleetwood Southwind. We really wanted the extra power for mountain trips pulling our trailer. Can't wait for warmer weather and a few days off.
