2003 Owner's Package

I just bought my first Class A motorhome in preparation for pending retirement. I have the manual but not the Owner's Package. I am a complete novice with motorhomes. Does anyone know where I can find the Owner's Package? The manual refers me to the owner's package. It contains instructions on the levelers and slides, neither of which I have figured out. My trailer was easy. Push the slide button and viola'. I don't know what to turn off, on or which foot to stand on to get the levelers or slides to work. I'll stand on my head if I have to. ANY help is appreciated. TIA!

can't help with the owner package but must units require the parking brake to be set for the jacks/levelers and slide to operate. usually a good idea for the motor to be running when operating the slide.

Thank you but we can't get the levelers down either. We've tried with the motor and generator running and parking brake on. We're frustrated and lost. I am sure it's simple and just a case of being a complete novice.

try moving the drivers seat forward had a class C that way. does the "on" light come on? are you using them on auto or manual? with neither the jacks or slides working it has to be a common safety switch. do your house 12v lights work? any chance the house disconnect is turned off?

Thank you so much for your help! Lights, A/C, microwave all work. I know it has to be something simple. As my Gma would have said, "you weren't holding your mouth right". Your help is appreciated. I am going to keep trying to locate an Owners Information Package as the manual refers to it often.
