You will have to check yours, but in my W-22 chassis the FRONT HUBS are "floaters", that is you do not pack the front wheel bearings with grease like a car. You add heavy weight oil to the bearing housing. There is a screw on plug to do so, and you add enough to just get to the bottom of the center rubber plug. The OP's first post is 90 degrees off. Cock your head to the left and you will see 2 arrows, which indicate the MINIMUM oil level. Like I said, the MAX oil level is when it starts to run out the rubber plug. Or thereabouts, but do not overfill. It's hard on the seal in the back.
