2004 excursion 39l fans above dash

So I brought a couple of replacement fans for over the dash 12volt,
old fans have three wires and switch on driver and pass seat,But the new fans are two wire and have the switch on the fans..

How can i wire them

I have had to remove the switch and figure out the correct connections.

Well the OEM fans are 2 speed, high & low, and the new fans are a single speed.

I would say, connect the OEM fan ground wire to the new fan ground, then pick one of the 2 remaining wires as your control source from the factory switch, this will then turn the new fan on from either the High or Low position OEM switch. Leave the switch on the new fan in the on position permanently.

Repeat the same for the other side.

Or just return those fans and buy 2-speed fans.

They are two speed fans new ones but they put a switch on the fan and go from three too two wires.An motorhome is three wire

Check output voltage on wires in high and low position.
