2004 PA 37C Dash Movement

One more time. I have replaced the screws on the left side of the dash that connects the angle iron to the body with larger self tapping screws. And more of them. This seemed to tighten everything up but only lasted less then a year and not many miles. Most screws had either fallen out or were barely hanging on. Reading some other comments from the internet, I did not jack up the body or check the screws under the trim on the outside that attach the body to the floor. If I jack it up and check the floor screws is that going to help keep everything together? What exactly am I screwing into? I read the it is only a thin piece of aluminum. It feels like a piece of wood fiberglassed to the body. I’m actually thinking about running some stainless carriage bolts from the outside. Thanks for your suggestions.

I'm just now reading about the dash. My passenger side dash creaks. I guess it's moving around. Someone here was saying to look for a steel strip up high under the hood on the passenger side for loose or missing screws. What is all this about. What's this about the floor, they were talking about the body, I think. Can you tie all this together for me? Thanks
