Discovery: 2005 39L Purchase

Looking at a 2005 Fleetwood Discovery 39L and there are two issues I wanted to run past this group. There is an issues with the dash air. It will only hold a charge for more than a week. The other is the jack stand indicator light will not show for 2 of the 4 jacks.
Has anyone seen similar issues and know of a fix or concerns that would make you think twice before buying.

Have a 07 39L. Have had no problem with my ac so sounds like a leak in the line or the compressor. My jacks are electric jacks and my controls are quirky. Do the jacks auto level and the lights are the problem or don’t they auto level?
