So this new (rear) AC/heat pump unit isn't working either you say? Do you have a 2 or 3 zone HVAC system? Heat pumps won't work below 40 degrees. Have you done the sequence I told you for the thermostat & Hydro Hot System yet?

Yikes! 41. Go to the store and buy a space heater until you figure it out. If in a campground somebody there should help. Most campers are willing and friendly. If not call a mobile tech. They will get you in business before having to burn the furniture for warmth.

Ok- sweet- it heats up with the diesel on but I switched to electric and been waiting a little bit but nothing- does it take a certain amount of time before electric heat heats up?

The older Hyro-Hot & Aqua Hot units only have a single 120V AC electric heating element. That is only enough for a small amount of hot water (and will take 2 hours to heat the tank). It will not heat the coach in cold weather.
You must use the diesel burner, or the rooftop heat pumps.

If you can find your owners manual read through the heating section.

Like vito.a said the electric can be left on but certainly won't heat the coach the diesel burner will. So to review you have all 3 zones selected to "Furnace" & then you selected the temp you want in each zone?
