2005 American Eagle Slide Leaks

Hi guys I am new here. I have a leak around my passenger side slide. Wet carpet at the front corner of slide and when I extended the slide the carpet was wet under the slide. Any Ideas of what to look for?

Thanks.

Leaks can be challenging to find the source of. I would start by looking at the rubbers that seal the slide when closed. Pay particular attention to the top seal. The slide itself should close tightly all around.
Then again you didn't say if it was a kitchen slide where you could have a leaky plumbing line. You didn't say if the leak occurred when the slide was out, which would be a different set of rubber seals, or even a slide out roof leak .
As I say LEAKS CAN BE CHALLENGING TO FIND THE SOURCE OF. Keep at it you will find it. I had a leak in the upper bedroom cabinet on the right side (which has no slide) turned out to be a small crack in the shower skylight on the left side.

No leaks in the plumbing. It happened after it rained. I thought it may be from the J channel at first but seeing how that is put together I don't think that is a possibility. It seems like its coming down the wall in front of the slide in between the door and the slide.

Slide seals and the roof covering on the slide itself.

If the top slide seal gets rolled over or comes loose, water runs to the inner edge and then down the side, close enough to catch the edge of the carpet. After that, it "wicks" and soaks a larger area.
