I have a few outlet issues, all my breakers seem to be working but I have 3 110 outlets that just quit. Could it be a bad breaker

Check to see if you have a tripped GFCI outlet somewhere. Don't ask why I say that.

Check voltage leaving breaker?

Don't forget that GFCI outlets have a certain life expectancy, so if power is good at the breaker, make cetain there is power leaving the GFCI when set if the outlets are all on the same circuit.
