2005 Bounder Schematics
I purchased a 2005 Fleetwood Bounder 36Z with a build date of July 2005. I am the second owner; at the time of purchase, I was not provided with electrical or plumbing schematics for the coach. I contacted Fleetwood Support and they furnished 19 Adobe files which were, in fact, the plumbing, 12 Volt, and 120 Volt schematics for a Bounder 36Z, however they were dated February 2006 and were not applicable to my 2005 Bounder 36Z. I recognized discrepancies when I was troubleshooting a fuse block issue and realized that the fuse block in the schematic was completely different than the fuse block in my coach. Subsequently, I contacted Fleetwood Support and requested the correct schematics; Fleetwood Support indicated that these were the only drawings available for a Bounder 36Z. Apparently, Fleetwood underwent a bankruptcy in 2010, and this has impacted on the availability of documentation. My only recourse appears to be appealing to a Fleetwood dealer who may have access to these documents or another owner who already has them and is willing to share. Please help if you can.

I had the same experience with a FW 2004 DP I just bought. Called Fleetwood and they sent me 8 different drawings that,,,,, well, really didn't satisfy what I was looking for. I'm in search of a complete set of drawings too. So, if you find a means to acquire a full set please let me know. ( my past Winnebago, great drawings on their website: parts, electrical, plumbing....) Come on Fleetwood, provide a link to all drawings.

I have a 98 Pace Arrow and I requested my schematics in 2012. All were pretty much right on the money. I found these to be very helpful to me. Perhaps a follow up call to them would help you. I have found Fleetwood very responsive to my requests. Yeah, a link that could provide these schematics would be very helpful plus it would free up some time for the customer service employee as well.

According to Cara Lynch (Fleetwood Customer Support) "This coach was built by Fleetwood Enterprises, which closed under bankruptcy in 2009. These are the only prints I have for a 36Z Bounder." I not been aware of Fleetwood's bankruptcy and reorganization. While it's obvious that the drawings existed at the time this coach was built, things like schematics for older RV lose their importance when a company files for bankruptcy. The schematics may exist somewhere, but they're probably lost in the system. I certain that Fleetwood Dealers have the schematics, because they would need them from time to time to service older RV's - I'm not sure they will be willing to share. I'm hoping that a '05 Bounder 36Z owner, who may have obtained the schematics prior to 2009 can make them available. I haven't been active in the forum, but it might be nice if we could set up a location where members could share technical information.

Look under the Files tab in the 2nd toolbar up top.
Any schematics, brochures or manuals for any RV's (motorized or towables) prior to the bankruptcy, REV Group will most likely not be able to supply. It is unfortunate. If you can find a FW authorized dealer, they would be your best bet for obtaining that info.
Wish I could help, but as you can see I've got an '06.

Bounder Schematics
Thank You
If you need the schematics for your 2006 36Z, I will try to send them to you...I believe that the schematics Fleetwood sent me are correct for your coach.

Although I have an 06 Southwind and not a Bounder I read your post with interest. I've had a similar experience, I purchased my 06 last year, and it did not come with any manuals or documentation. So, I've slowly been putting together my own manual. The process has been slow. I search online for each piece of major equipment, find the right documents and put them in the book.
So far this has worked well. I had a battery charging problem (chassis battery) and used the wiring diagrams for the battery control center to troubleshoot, find, and fix the problem.

2004 Discovery 39s here. The drawings they sent me are very close. Some minor differences but could apply to my coach. That's what I do miss about Winni, they have all drawings online and are 100% accurate to the specific coach. I agree, put them online so customer service can service customers with other issues, not drawings......
