Looks like a wind sensor for an electric awning...

That’s what it is. Wind senser. Looks like you need to do some recaulking on your roof

Thanks for the replys. I thought that might be what it it is, but was not sure.



It definitely needs to be re-caulked. A tree limb almost took it off. The housing is cracked and I wanted to me sure there was no need to replace it.


Do you know if there is a way to make it less sensitive? The slightest breeze makes the awning retract, so I don't even turn it on.
