Howdy and welcome to iRV2! The PA is a great motorhome; just make sure all the major systems and appliances are in working order. If the tires are the originals, they may be getting close to end-of-life. Good luck and have fun.

We have a 2002 37A. Love the floor plan. Good quality coach. Enjoy!

If on a Ford chassis, read about the CHF (cheap handling fix) and about adding a rear track bar. Common things to be accomplished on the Ford. The long rear overhang of a large gasser behind the rear axle makes for a lot of tail wag with passing trucks and windy conditions.

Which chassis do you have? This is important as the different chassis' have some differences as to maintenance and vehicle load capacities. In 2005 Fleetwood offered an optional W24 chassis in addition to the standard W22. You need to be aware of your chassis model.
Pat

PS, I just reread your last post where you said the brake recall was completed, calipers worked on. This indicates to me you have the w22 as the w24 had no brake issues.

Buy it, and get it off the market!
We may be selling our 2005 later this year, and I don't want that kind of competition

Btw...we LOVE our 36D. All coaches have their quirks...and the more you use them, the more quirks you'll discover, but overall, this has been a great coach, and would probably not buy anything other than Fleetwood going forward, unless possibly a Newmar...or a Beaver...or a....damn....

lol
