Seeking help - On my faucet the cold water side is broke - it will not turn off. Wanting to know how I can order the valve stem - thinking would be a lost cause to try and get answer from Fleetwood. Attached are two pics - one shows entire faucet and the other shows two pieces from the valve stem that go together but one part is broken. Also not sure how to remove the valve stem?
