On subject motorhome we are wanting to replace all old carpet and vinyl with new sheet vinyl. (Congoleum) Have already removed all old and about to begin installation.
Concern is this - The driver slide old carpet extended over the slide by approx 3 " - when the slide is brought in it would raise and when fully in would lower the 3" of carpet and sit on the old carpet. Needing to know how to install the new sheet vinyl as don't see how it can work?
Photo attached shows the slide edge where it sits down on the coach floor.
Would certainly appreciate any thoughts - we do want to use the vinyl sheet flooring vs a vinyl plank.
