2006 Fiesta 26Y Light Switch and Step Switch

Hi, I have a 2006 Fiesta 26Y. I have a questions about the three switches that control the porch light, electric step and interior lights. The porch light and electric step do not work and the red light on the switch itself does not light up (red indicator light); however the interior light switch does work. I looked at the wiring behind the switches and noticed the porch light and electric step have four wires that plug into the back of it while the interior light switch only has two. I tested the wires with a 12v tester and confirmed there is power going to all three switches.

Is it possible the two switches are bad and need to be replaced? I have been unsuccessful so far locating the same type of replacement switches.

As for the porch light did you check bulb and check power at bulb socket.
