2006 Fleetwood Excursion 39c kitchen leak

Has anyone had to fix the plumbing behind the kitchen sink/fridge of a Fleetwood excursion? I poured some antifreeze down the sink and noticed it seeping out from under the fridge. I assume there’s a busted or leaking pipe somewhere but don’t know what the best way to access it is.

Thanks in advance

Do you have any drawers you can take out?

Found the source. It ended up being behind an access panel. The flexible gray water drain hose was kinked and cracked. Thankfully I didn’t have to remove the fridge or anything.
