My generator slide won't go out. When I push button pump runs but nothing happens. Has anyone else had this happen?

I've seen other reports like this. Usually it's air in the hydraulic lines and bleeding it solves the problem.

There is a terrific American Coach Owners Club on Yahoo Groups and several owners have dealt with the problem. There is likely a file in their library on it as well.

As stated in other posts, crack open the front hydraulic ram fitting, some fluid will come out, tighten it back up.

Worked for me just recently.

Opens fine now.

I did change the fluid while I was doing the task.

Had to bleed it one more time about 2 days later.
