2007 Bounder Dash Radio

Help! New to Bounders. Our 2007 35U has a radio with no manual. I’m good at pushing buttons to explore, but can’t even set the clock. It’s says it’s Sirius Ready and we have an account and what looks like a receiver on the roof. Anyone have a manual? I think I have attached a photo.

You've attached the photo just fine.

My only comment , to the radio manufacturer no you , would be " Wouldn't a name and model on the face plate be nice !"

Looks like a Magnadyne M9900cds, you can download the manual direct from the manufacturer website.

https://magnadyne.com/magnadyne-m990...ration-manual/

Clock instructions on page 6. =)

This is a correct identification.

The M9900CDS was made to use a separate, Magnadyne-specific Sirius receiver module (model M9SIR). Very few coaches actually have one, although perhaps your Bounder does. I bought a used M9SIR, but have not connected it.

My casual reading of posts indicates that most people with old radios like the M9900CDS use a modern portable Sirius receiver and plug it into the radio using one of the AUX 1 or AUX 2 input ports. This eliminates the need for the M9SIR.

Who knows- you may have the whole enchilada in your coach!

the receiver is mounted on the floor just above my left foot in my 09 PA. FYI the buttons on these radios are a PITA, don't be surprised if they do not function correctly.

Thanks for all the help! We have what looks like a Sirius receiver on the roof. Can you send a picture of the one you bought that you haven’t installed, yet? We do have Sirius on our phones and can play thru Aux 1!

what you see on the roof is the antenna, receiver is inside the motorhome.

We've got the same setup in our 2007 Bounder 35E - the Sirius receiver in ours is inside the front cabinet above the driver's seat. When we bought the Bounder it came with a 1-year subscription, but we never used it because we don't normally listen to the radio...we still have the original coupon!
