What does everyone use for the bottom edge of slideout so you do not bump your head when you are trying to get stuff out of the storage ? Im 6'2" so yeah ive bumped my head a few times even though i know its there lol. Ive tried the smallest of pool noodles but it is still a little too thick.

Try putting a rubber band around your wrist. Every time you bump your head, pop your wrist with the rubber band. Eventually, the pain in your wrist might condition you to remember to duck!!! 😊

Attach a pool noodle or split foam insulation to the slide corners.

X2 on the split foam insulators. You can get them already split at any big box home improvement store.

I did that for a few years. Saw some pool noodles, put curbside in someone's trash in my development so I just took them. But it got to me having the variety of hot pink, lime green & lemon yellow noodles on my coach. My sense of order was bugging me. That's when I went to the plumbing section of HD & got the pre-split insulators.....all in black.

Then wear a hard hat anytime you go out to get into your bays.

I suggest that you get your gear out of the storage before you let the slide out.The door is not quite as hard as the slide out
