2007 Fleetwood Southwind Aux. Battery Location

I have a 2007 Fleetwood Southwind 35A Ford V-10 and Ford Chassis. Can someone direct me to the Auxiliary battery Location???? Also, the handle on the globe valve to empty the water tank broke and now I have to siphon the tank dry. Does anyone have a recommendation on how to fix the globe valve? The water tank is toward the middle of the Motorhome in the passengers side basement. It looks almost impossible to get to.

On my 2007 the batteries are under the top entry stop. There are 3 large screws to take out and the step lifts out.
What is a globe valve??

It is a ball valve and you can buy handles. There is a nut on the stem that comes off easily to replace the handle. I also drilled a hole in the end of my handle and use the awning hook to open and close it.

On some with a plastic handle there is a set screw in the side of the handle to release it while on some they just pull off with good pressure and they have flats on them to turn the stem.
