In looking at Rich's pdf, it looks like the 2 red warning stickers are gone from your PS reservoir.

2008 Fleetwood Bounder 38F

Itís definitely the power steering fluid tank . The coolant reserve tank is in front of that tank. Good luck.

This is for hydraulic fluid for the power steering. My 2005 Bounder has a label stating to use Dexron III. Flush it out ASAP before it ruins your PS pump.

The radiator overflow tank is the black one behind that plastic tank.

Thank you!

A huge shout-out to all who had input! Thanks so much for all the great info and the resources to help us solve this issue.

We used 3 containers of fluid to flush all of the bad stuff out and then topped off using our fourth container. Steering works like a dream once again.

Again...thank you all!
