2009 American Eagle Front Curb Slide
Hopefully this helps someone in the future. Breaking Camp in a thunderstorm Sunday morning, front curb slide rear would not come in. I had my daughter operate the switch while I pushed on the outside corner and it came in.
I already had an appointment Monday morning at Cummins Coach Care for Preventative Maintenance on Engine, Generator and Aqua Hot. I told them I recalled seeing a pin (actually later determined it was a sheared bolt) in the basement compartment. Cummins put a new bolt in and all good now.
Another bit of good fortune, while doing the PM service, Cummins found an 'o' ring bad on the engine water pump. Still under warranty until October 2014, so only cost $100 deductible. No break down on side of the road and only costs me $100. I know I can get a lower price oil change at Speedco, but I highly doubt they would have found my new leaking water pump, which wasn't actually getting to the ground yet. But I have a new water pump now and fortunate I won't be sitting on the side of the road somewhere in the future.
