2009 American Eagle Step Cover
I have a 2009 American Eagle 42', the step cover seems like it is powered by an electric motor, it is very very slow to move the step cover. My previous 1999 American Eagle 40' had a step covered that I think was powered by air or pneumatic motor and was very fast.

Is there a way to change this or is there maybe something wrong with my step cover?
