We have the Villa sleeper sofa with the air mattress. When the bed is out and the mattress inflated the foot of the bed is about 4" lower than the head. I am sending pictures to Villa for an answer. It appears that the slide is higher than the floor causing part of the problem.

I do not believe it is the sofa designer's problem... it is the coach maker that took a stock sofa and put in in the slide of the coach without correcting the length of the legs.
I put a new sofa sleeper with air mattress in the slide in our MH and the end of the bed is about 2 inches lower... hasn't seemed to bother anyone that has sleep on the bed but if it does then I will cut a set of small blocks to put under the legs.

We have (had) the same problem, I went to the Home Depot plumbing section and found thick rubber like couplings about 4" tall, when bed not in use they store underneath, I use four of them 2 under each post that flips down, they are also easy on the floors, no scratching or sliding around
