2012 American Coach Revolution 42T

Considering purchase of a new Revolution 42T. Looked at the Anthem but we really love the full wall slide. Would love to hear from anyone with the new revo....problems... regrets....or hopefully happiness!

I have a 2011 Tradition and happy with it, some talk over on the RV net forum right now about AC and all good so far. :-)

We have a 2011 42W. We started with a long list of warranty items, big and small. The rig ended up making three trips back to Decatur for various issues. The folks at the factory service department are generally great, I just saw too much of them.

The sad truth is that the RV industry has a major qualtiy control problem. The difference between them is how they handle repairs once their quality control department (you!) find what needs repair. I'd rate the American Coach service department on the high end of the scale.

I'd purchase another American Coach. The Anthem is one we looked at too, but it would have cost us another $20k for what I felt was comparable.

Good luck. Be sure to let us know what you end up with.

The support from AC is first class, from major issues to small issues. I had a question today on the wattage of a light bulb that had died. The AC tech looked in all the pubs he had...couldn't find it. So he called an AC parts guy and we had a three way conference call...and I got the correct information...on the first call.
