2012 Bounder 35K Duckbill Valves

After a lot of work and parts replacement my Vacuuflush continues to leak down and cycle the pump every 4 to 5 minutes.

I think my Duckbill valves may need to be replaced or may have been installed incorrectly. It seems that the valves come in both 1.5 inch or 2 inch sizes.

How can I determine the Vacuuflush model and therefore correct valve size.

Thought the model of the pump would drive the size of the duck bills but not positive. Below is a pic of mine

If you have the low profile unit that came with the coach it will take the 1.5'' duckbills. The larger vg-4 unit, like the one I put in my coach, uses the 2" duckbills. Do you have a vaccum gauge to test the system? It is helpfull to determine if your vaccum leak is toilet related or vaccum generator related.

If it's the smaller " S " pump, there are 4, 1 1/2" duckbill valves. 2 on each side of the pump.

Soap them up and don't overtighten. They can get twisted in there.

If you look at post 579 in this thread I have attached a very good troubleshooting manual for the Vacuflush system. Hope everyone finds it helpful.
