2012 Fleetwood Storm electrical issues.

I have a 2012 Fleetwod Storm that I have owned since 2014. While I like the way it drives I have a persistent issue with the operation of the sliders and the leveling jacks. On three different occasions since I have owned it I have had the 10 amp fuse on the dash fuse panel blow. This causes. the power to the slides and jacks to be non existent. It has been back to the dealer once for it and they informed me it was a blown 50 amp fuse in the engine compartment. This was in the summer of 2015, itcorrected the problem problem until October of last year. When it happened again a rv tech placed a 15 amp fuse in and it worked until last week. I did open the unit up to de winterize it and all worked fine. I closed it up for a week and went back to open it up and the fuse blew again. Actually numerous times. I have checked the chassis battery which is good and replaced both coach batteries this week, I have checked all fuses identified to work with the slides as well as every other fuse in the rig. Has anyone had similar issues? Looks like there will be no camping this Memorial Day unless I can figure this out. I have placed the correct fuse back in the socket with same results. I have talked to both Fleetwood and Ford with no success today the fuse in question is the 38 fuse in the fuse panel and in the Ford manual it is for the body builders run feed. I am ready to trade it in!
