2012 Revolution???

Hi - I might have an opportunity to purchase a new leftover 2012 Revolution 42W. My DW questions whether the quality and support are good on the American Coach/Fleetwood line. Are there any issues that I should look for?

Any information would help.

Thanks!

Good luck with your decision. We have quite a few Revolution and AC owners. I'm sure you'll find them saying good things about them and the Decatur Service center.

I will watch this thread. There are several 2012 units on the Web -- all over the country -- as well as EBay had one --- North Trails RV in Fort Myers has a couple -- Lazy Days --- they are not selling --- been on the lots for awhile.
Like to know why they are sitting --- some on the lots for a year or more.

In todays world and economic times, production is slowed a bit but still building, lots full, more folks doing with what they have, and a few spending. Quite a few Mfg. went down the tubes since 2008. A we all still know "it still is a buyer's market" not a "sellers market". A lot of folks looking to sell are insulted what they are offered for thier ride when looking at a new one.

You will not go wrong purchasing the Rev! Fleetwood has been very receptive to all our after purchase needs. Not being an AC coach owner but knowing many personally and through this forum the customer service as well as quality for AC owners is among the top if not the top. Twelve coaches a day? QC has got to be an issue, IMHO! Enjoy your Rev!

Our Rev is coming up on its 10th anniversary. Am still very impressed with the overall build quality and creature comforts of this coach. Re support, I have had a number of conversations with the folks at American Coach in the last several years....for both technical assistance and specific product info. My experience with them has been outstanding. They have almost always been able to answer my questions and provide the assistance I sought. Doesn't seem to matter to them one bit that we're discussing a 10 year old vehicle. If they don't have the info at their computer, they will try to find it in the files or somewhere else if possible....and they WILL call back to let you know the results. That's been my experience....10 years after our Rev left the assembly plant. IMHO, that is great after-the-sale customer service....for ANY manufacturer.

The Revolution is now part of the American Coach line of Fleetwood. Fleetwood/AC provide top notch service. I had an issue with my AC Allegiance that the dealer conveniently forgot to tell me about. I contacted FW, and though out of warranty, they said bring it to the factory. While there (two weeks) they fixed the problem, plus another issue they discovered that I had not mentioned. This was all without charge and they reembursed me for 1,550 miles worth of diesel fuel.

Love my 12 Rev and have had great factory support on very few problems. Also I was at Lazy Days yesterday and they had sold 3 Rev's last week. They have no more 13 Rev's

I own a 2010 Discovery, and I can tell you that I have nothing but praise for Fleetwood. Their service is top notch, and they always exceed expectations. The down side for me is that it always means a 1300 mile trip to Decatur as I go there for anything out of the ordinary repair. If the floorplan works for you, you will not be disappointed.

Oh so true Eric, In Marathon Key now and all is good, and good seeing you. Refreshing not having to stop every 500 miles for repairs!!!!

We've owned our '11 Revolution 42W for over two years now and I've been living in it full time since Sept '11. We had our share of warranty issues but factory support has been outstanding.
