Yes, you can run both at the same time. Mine came already installed so the vent was already there. You may have to add the vent if it is only prepped. Not a big deal.
I have a 2012 with factory installed washer and dryer. We spend 2-3 months a year in it with 2 little ones so needless to say they run almost constantly. Just FYI on running both at the same time. It depends on the park some of the over night stops in mediocre quality places we have tripped a 50 amp circuit but I have always chocked this up to bad electrical. When this happens we can only run one at a time. But again this is ye exception not the rule and not a coach issue. Hope this helps and imo get the stackable and not a combo unit. You do lose space but it is much easier to do laundry. (Just incase that was on your radar too)
