November 2013 Fleetwood issued a TSI on all 2013-2014 Discovery 40e coaches. This deals with the replacement of the extruded metal moulding and seal tape on the full wall slide.

Now get this, the dealer calls to tell me this yesterday and says bring the coach back.....we live on Vancouver Island, dealer on the mainland, $400 each way on a ferry!

I said you had the coach and didn't do this prior to delivery?

Told them there is a Fleetwood dealer where I live (they don't stock/sell DP's) only gas. Fleetwood agreed to have parts shipped to my local dealer, but the local dealer want payment for labour from me first and will pay me back when Fleetwood pays them!

Should have seen my reply to my selling dealer....waiting for their reply

Both of those dealers should be ashamed. Your local FW dealer wants labor costs up front ?? Call FW and inform them. 800-322-8216. Hope you get this resolved to your satisfaction.
