2013 Discovery 40E rear tire valve design

I'm not sure I understand the engineering behind the outer dual air valve inflator that extends so far toward the inside dual, that one cannot get the cap off it without dropping between the tires when checking the air. There's bound to be something I can do to change the situation. No issues checking the inside tire, thank goodness. Suggestions? Thanks

Take it to a tire shop and have it moved.

Investigate other stem options. Search on this forum under valve stems. There are several threads on bringing the valve stems out to where you can access them without trying to find them by braille.

I checked and on mine, the check valve cap has a ball bearing at the end of it. Don't have to take the cap off to check or fill
