2014 Bounder 33C how do I get to the Grey tank sensors

The grey tank sensors show 2/3 full even after tank is completely empty. I have tried 4 or 5 of the clean tanks tricks in this forum and none have worked. Would like to check wring but cannot fined a way to get to tank wiring. Has any one been able to access the sensors and how. Thank in advance.

I wouldn’t worry about pulling them out.

Go to YouTube and do. A search on “the Geo method” and “ poo pyramid”. There is a guy there that has 2 videos on how to clean up your black and gray tanks (AND save you money!).

It won’t fix your problem overnight (and FWIW - it didn’t happen overnight). But once you get the routine down, it’s the best approach to insuring your sensors work and your tanks don’t smell.

Not sure about your senors but ours 3 of them mounted on the outside wall of each tank. I fixed my 2/3 full problem by pouring 8 oz of this tank treatment. Then fill with hot water leave overnight. drain.

About once a year of full timing, I empty and clean out the black and gray tanks using this:

Here is a copy of my tank sensor drawing for EXAMPLE ONLY.
Good Luck

Had the same issue on my '16 Bounder earlier this year. Did the geo method and haven't had a problem since I did it. Most likely a piece of food or even mineralization is on the inside of the wall IMO. I think you have the same outside the tank sensors. They are easily seen on my fresh water tank and the same are used on the gray and black tanks. I can't see where they are on the gray or black tanks.
Do you use a water softener? Hard water is present in most water throughout the US and causes issues in many items.
I watched a video of a gray tank cleaning and stuff came out in small sheets. Very eye opening for a gray tank.
