2014 Bounder 34M
Nothing but problems with our Bounder from the day we bought it. 10 months later, still bringing it back for same issues. Quality control is horrible. I have talked to Fleetwood directly and all I get is "we are sorry". Dealer is not much better. I can only say that when you do your walk-around, make sure you look at everything real close.
All issues we have are with the Bounder build-up, not the Ford chassis.

Sorry to hear this. We have had very few issues with our Excursion. Hope things eventually work out to your satisfaction.

How a Fleetwood back in 2008. There were problems that the dealer could not fix. Sent it back to the factory in Decatur, In., All problems were completely fixed in a timely manor.

List of problems
Here is a list:
I told the dealer the couch was loose and it would rock back and forth when it was laid flat. He said it was installed to factory specs. After I looked at it, I took the screws out that were holding it down and could see that the wrong screws were used to mount it to the floor. Someone got lazy and could not align the blind nuts with the holes and used #14 sheet metal screws instead. The bolts that should have been used were 7/16" fine thread( see photos)
Another issue with the couch is the kick plate on the bottom, kick it and the sheet metal screws that are screwed into the WOOD, will come out. They have since repaired it.
Took it back 3 times to get the water heater repaired. Would not re-light after it sat overnight. They said it worked fine for them. The last time, I took it home and the next day drove it to the dealer with the red indicator light on, showing them that it had failed to re-light.
The vinyl floor had a big scratch in it and a section had to be replaced, looks worse than it did. Should have left it alone.
All the rubber compartment door seals are falling off. They should have been glued on. Another repair I will do myself.
Grout around the entire backsplash is cracked, again. Tile and grout on a vehicle that moves, probably not a good idea.
The drivers seat is a rocking chair, they can't seem to repair it. That is next on my list to fix myself.
The radio needed to have the IPOD cable installed, I was told they could not do it. Took me no more than 5 minutes to remove the radio face and pull the radio out to plug in the cable.
The bathroom sink is the real problem right now. We have taken it back 5 times. The sink keeps pulling away from the wall. Every time it has been repaired, I am told why it kept pulling away and that it would be fine now. This time it has cracked the ceramic base and a new one is being installed. Trying to find out from Fleetwood if there is a better way to mount the sink.
The bathroom door would close and go beyond the door frame jamb. It had to be shimmed 2 different times.
The rear A/C unit does not have the same flow rate as the front unit. IDK
I would say that 30% of the cabinet hinges have stripped screws. I will have to fix this myself and park the power drill. Use a screw driver.
When the RV is leveled using the jacks, I cannot open the compartment door just ahead of the main door on the right side. The body racks or twist and the door hangs up and the trim band. Oh well!!
The compartment door to the sewage and water hook ups indicated that you can fill the water tank from inside that compartment. The decal on the door tells you how to do it. The decal is there but our RV is not equipped to do that from that location. SO, why the decal? Remove it!!!! Even the manual say you can.
Don't go to a RV wash facility with this one, every window leaks.
Have you ever tried to put the access door back on the water heater? Great design there!!!!
One morning I had noticed water on the ground right under the shower, looked in the bathroom and water was everywhere. Took it back 3 times and they chalked the door and side panels as well as replaced or repaired a broken inline tee, (plumbing).
We love the RV, just would like to use it more. Can't use it when it is out-of-service.

I would consider taking the coach to the Coburg service facility and have them go through it. I have had only a few minor issues with my Bounder and plan on taking mine to the Decatur facility prior to the one year warranty expiring and have them go through everything no matter how minor.
Who replaced the flooring section, you or the dealer? If the dealer I would call Fleetwood and tell them you are not satisfied and want the vinyl replaced entirely.

Sorry you're having problems with your Bounder; I really like that floorplan. I agree with Brian; I think I'd try to get the coach back to a Fleetwood facility (not a dealer) and let them FIX EVERYTHING. Replace that floor, replace the water heater, make it like it should have been.
Thankfully we have not had any significant issues with our Bounder in 2 1/2 years (knock on imitation wood!) I'm wondering if the increase in RV sales is going to mean they are rushing them through assembly and we can expect more problems with new units. I hope not.
Good luck and I hope you get everything fixed to your satisfaction. Let us know how it goes.
