American Coach: 2015 American Tradition Touchpad Issues

Touch pads for lights,vents,water pumps,etc sometimes they work sometimes they don't not real sure where to go. Cleaned connections on back seemed to help for a little bit but no luck now. Idea's????

Does the touch pad seem to not respond to a touch, or does it react but the desired action doesn't happen (light on or whatever). One is a touch pad problem while the other is the controller that actually does the switching, probably a separate board somewhere.


I'm not familiar with the touch controls in your 2015. Does it have a brand name or model? American surely bought it from one of their electronics suppliers, e.g. American Technology or River Park. That would be the place to get diagnostic help and maybe repairs. American Tech is great to work with; River Park not so much.
