defective SD card

I have been frustrated with the unit in my Expedition 35K. I kept getting an erroe message. Dealer called Fleetwood and they had me get the Rand Mcnally dock program (free) and then update my SD card. That worked for a while then it started crashing again. When i was at the Fleetwood Service Center they called the manufacturer who had them do a test and found that the data on the SD card was bad. They then installed a new SD card and all was well.

I don't find the GPS to be very intuitive to use but that's just me.
