2016 35k water pump problem

We have a 2016 Bounder 35 K, until today the water pump worked fine, somehow as we on our journey today upon flushing no water WITH the Anderson valve pointed in the right direction. We have ciry no problem. No switchbworks however they all light up on the wall board. Anyone have this issue? What may I be looking for/where may it be found on the coach? Any and all comments appreciated...thanks

What are you saying, the light for the pump comes on, but not the pump?

I’m having a similar issue in my Discovery. City water pressure is fine but none on water pump. I changed the pump to no avail so my next look will be the valve for city/tank fill. I have read the o-ring may be bad and will cause the pump to lose its prime or not pressurize correctly?? Hate chasing gremlins

Right, the switches to turn on the pump all light up, but nothing happens. I have replaced the Anderson valve in the past for water supply. But this sounds like pump is not getting any voltage. Will try and do 'plastic man' and see if I can delve further into the compartment it is contained in.

Is your pump actually working, can you hear it pump? Mine does not make any noise, but water supply is fine as I undid the screen thingy. Sounds like your Anderson valve is wacky. I have replaced mine and WOW, what a difference. Seems, possibly, that when turned under pressure the "O" rings may dislodge easier..just my opinion. I replaced the guts of the valve not the whole monte.

After playing "plastic man', found out that one of the electrical hookups was corroded to the point that it was actually broken off from the pump housing. Fellow camper had a spare pump and we installed the broken part....BAM, works better than new!! Thanks for all concerns....
