Bounder: 2016 Bounder 35K gas heater

My heat pumps work well. When it gets cold like 35 or so I like to turnon the propane heat. I think I must do something wrong as I put the zone on gas and it will try and lifht 3 times and quit.
I bring it ti the dealler and it starts right up.
All this past weekend I tried the propane and it woud try and light 3 times and quit.
This morning oI put it on gas and she started up?
I am at a loss as to the operation and the dealer is no help.

If you look at page 9-03 in your owners manual it shows how propane availability is affected by the air temperature. When it gets colder outside the available propane goes way down. If it lights when warmer but won't on a cold day this may be the problem. I've experienced what your describing myself. Also driving will stir up the propane letting it light after driving awhile.

You can try lighting a burner on the stove first and then firing the furnace. I would also make sure your exhaust on the furnace doesnt have any debris in it.

Propane 75% full. 35 degrees out. Should start up? My stove and refer are on
gas with no problems. Orifices are clean of debris. I may be doing the controls wrong?
I do not know?

Sounds like your Ok with the propane. One thing I'ld do thou is check the propane level at the gauge on the tank itself, I've seen the inside electrical readouts be off.
All you should have to do is turn the thermostat to gas heat and make sure its cooler inside than the thermostat setting.
