2016 Excursion zone 1 AC

When I go turn on my zone 1 AC when on generator or 30amp service it starts to turn on and then shuts off. I can watch the amp on that circuit shoot up above 60 before the electrical system sheds the power.

Any ideas for me to look at? Zone 2 works perfect.

Zone 2 works perfect because its probably not a AC/Heat Pump unit.

First thing I would look at is replacing the start capacitor on the compressor motor. Compressor could be stuck, but most likely the capacitor.
