2016 Flair/Admiral Thermostat Fuse Location

My exhaust pipe did not have any seals either, just a pipe sliding inside another pipe. It's been a while since I had the cover off, but I'm pretty sure there was an o-ring around the outside edge of the main cover, that is the o-ring I was talking about.
