If Freightliner issued a certified mileage, it would have come from the engine computer and have been accurate as of that day. In essence, it is saying that the actual mileage is 19k miles more than what the odometer currently shows. If the seller was trying to hide anything, he would not have disclosed the reset, right? An RV inspector wouldn't be aware of that either - the only way to detect an odometer error is to read the recorded mileage from the computer and that takes a chassis tech with the right equipment.
You should get the certification paper with the coach title (if you buy it).
